Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager HR & Admin to support our CEO in implementing HR initiatives and systems throughout the organization. The successful candidate will lead recruitment efforts, develop onboarding plans, and execute training programs. You will also manage employee evaluations, disciplinary processes, and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.

This role involves overseeing local procurement activities, supervising administrative staff, and collaborating with the CEO to design effective HR strategies. You will have a significant impact on employee engagement, workplace culture, and the successful execution of global CSR activities.
