Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to manage and ensure the accuracy of data related to SEC Form 144 filings at 2iQ. This role involves manual data entry, precise data mapping, and implementing quality control measures as per our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate manual data entry of historical SEC Form 144 data.
- Data mapping in compliance with established SOPs.
- Quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields, experience in data entry and financial analysis, familiarity with SQL, and a high attention to detail.
