Job Description
Ali Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. This full-time position requires night shifts from 08:00 PM to 06:00 AM. All interviews will be conducted via video call.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming and outbound calls
– Assist customers with inquiries and complaints
– Maintain detailed records of interactions
– Collaborate with team members to meet goals
Qualifications:
– 1 year of call center experience preferred
– Strong English communication skills
– Familiarity with US telecommunications services is a plus
