Responsibilities:
- Identify incomplete mandatory reporting cases.
- Conduct root cause investigations on renewal cases.
- Develop strategies to enhance renewal retention rates.
- Collaborate with teams on renewal recovery.
- Serve as the main contact for renewal inquiries.
- Communicate renewal benefits to customers.
- Analyze data and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.com/BBA or related field.
- Experience in customer services or regulatory sectors preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
