Job Description
Join our dynamic team at ClearPath Orthodontics as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving our lead conversion rates from social media channels, addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently, and managing both inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, you’ll conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with prior call center experience, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and we encourage female applicants to apply.
