Job Description
Focus IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to join our team. In this role, you will be the brand’s voice, providing support and analyzing customer needs. Candidates with UK-based experience and a background in the homeware industry are preferred.
Key Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, customer-centric attitude, adaptability, team player mentality, and proficiency in customer service tools.
Responsibilities: Address inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer records, and improve service quality.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Rs60,00.00 per month | Timings: 1pm to 9:45pm
