Job Description
Innovadel Technologies is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound communications with customers through calls, emails, and chats. Your duties include entering and updating customer information, resolving complaints, and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong Urdu communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
