Job Description
Skyscrapers is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive who excels in verbal and written English communication. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
