Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements:
- Proficient English skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- High-speed internet (min. 15 Mbps)
