Job Description
The First Law is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Communication Executive to enhance our customer interactions. The chosen candidate will respond to inquiries, address customer concerns, and ensure seamless communication across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer queries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Ensure professional communication to effectively resolve inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for accurate information and timely issue resolution.

- Experience in customer service or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
