Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of “Call Center Executive” in Lahore. Ideal candidates should have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities: Manage high volumes of calls, follow scripts, identify customer needs, upsell products, build relationships, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: Graduation, 3-4 years experience, both genders welcome, USA/UK campaign experience preferred, excellent communication skills.
