Job Description
Location: Model Colony, Karachi
Timing: 6 pm – 3 am, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, English fluency, and experience in medical or healthcare roles. Responsibilities include managing patient interactions, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical or customer service roles.
- Strong medical terminology knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in medical documentation software.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
