Job Description:
- Manage the TE/Concordia Service Desk and respond to inquiries across regions and departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain updated school support data and execute development plans.
- Oversee the distribution of academic materials, policies, and SOPs while ensuring quality alignment.
- Update manuals, SOPs, and policies based on revisions from relevant departments.
