Job Description
Join our team at ya-tech as a Customer Service Representative! Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads and sales by engaging potential customers over the phone. You’ll ask questions to maintain conversations, listen to customer needs, and provide detailed product information while meeting sales quotas.
Requirements include excellent communication skills in English, previous experience in outbound telesales, creative thinking, and strong interpersonal abilities. Patience and resilience in handling rejection are a must.
We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,00 to PKR 55,00 per month, along with leave benefits.
