Job Description
RepHero Global is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to handle patient inquiries over the phone. The ideal candidate will attend to calls, listen actively to patients, schedule appointments, and direct them to the appropriate doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls professionally.
- Listen attentively to concerns.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Direct patients to relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Qualifications: High school diploma; prior customer service experience preferred.
Work Schedule: 3 AM to 7 AM or 3 AM to 11 AM (part-time/full-time).
Pay: Rs9,99.00 – Rs10,00.00 per month.
