Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging customers effectively. After identifying their needs, you will route calls to the appropriate agents.
Requirements: Good English skills, laptop (Windows 10+), quality headset, internet speed of at least 15 Mbps.
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
