Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage disciplinary actions and employee feedback.
- Handle conflict resolution and issue write-ups when necessary.
- Coordinate shift rotations and approve vacation requests.
- Conduct monthly team satisfaction calls and send birthday wishes to employees.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in B.Com or similar, 1-2 years of HR experience, proficiency in MS Excel. Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
