Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and assess donor recruitment and retention strategies.
- Organize blood donation drives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Lead donor recruitment teams and mentor staff.
- Maintain donor records, analyze data, and generate reports.
Requirements:
- 6 years of field experience in Sales/Marketing (required).
- Willingness to travel for donor outreach (100% preferred).
- Commitment to voluntary blood donation initiatives.
- Location: Multan (preferred).
