Job Description
OTL Tricon Marketing Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced and talented Call Center Agents with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with departments for follow-up on customer queries
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
