Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative. In this full-time role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Process orders while ensuring compliance with policies.
- Document customer interactions.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with troubleshooting and technical support.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month. 1 year of packaging experience required. In-person work location.
