Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Supervisor at Raaziq International! You’ll address customer complaints related to shortages via CCTV, manage offloading issues with clients, and ensure timely vehicle reporting via email. Provide updates on vehicle offloading statuses through WhatsApp and maintain contact with drivers on operational challenges. You’ll also manage monthly PODs and return stock submissions while keeping accurate records of shortages and returns.
Qualifications: Intermediate / Graduation.
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year.
Salary: Market Competitive.
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
