Job Description
We’re hiring a Human Resource Officer at Crumble Pakistan. You will assist the full recruitment cycle—postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—maintain employee records and documentation, manage attendance, leaves, and HR operational reports, ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinate HR operations between branches and the corporate office. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; 1–2 years of HR experience (strong fresh graduates considered). Skills: FlowHCM/HRMS proficiency, strong Excel, recruitment and employee relations knowledge, excellent communication, time management, and flexibility for weekly branch visits. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: Rs50,00–60,00 per month.
