Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Apps

Location: Commercial Area, Phase 2, DHA

Shift: Night Shift

Target: $7,00 – $10,00

Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executives with preferably prior sales experience, preferably in Apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, achieving sales targets, and contributing to revenue growth through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage potential customers through calls, chats, or digital platforms
• Promote and sell mobile or digital app solutions to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable app-based solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions
• Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversions
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and performance
• Adhere to company policies, scripts, and sales processes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (preferably app, software, or digital product sales)
• Call center or inside sales experience is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Comfortable working night shifts

This role offers a fixed monthly base salary of PKR 60,00–80,00, with additional performance-based incentives. Incentives are separate from the base salary and do not affect the guaranteed pay.

Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs220,00.00 per month
