Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles seeks a full-time, in-person Color Matching Designer to ensure accurate and consistent color production for textile printing. The role requires precise adjustment of digital print designs and color profiles and close collaboration with production, design, and merchandising teams to resolve color issues and maintain repeat-order consistency.
- Prepare production files (TIF/PSD/AI) in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; run print trials and perform shade matching between digital files and printed fabrics.
- Maintain documentation of color corrections, ICC profiles, and print settings; troubleshoot color discrepancies.
- Requirements: Matric/Intermediate, 2–3 years’ shade-matching experience, strong knowledge of ICC profiles, CMYK and Lab color systems, and excellent attention to detail.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–70,00/month.
