Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, follow up on marketing inquiries, and convert prospects into customers. This office-based role requires daily calling, accurate CRM recordkeeping, target-driven selling, and close coordination with internal teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; strong verbal and written communication; basic MS Office and CRM proficiency; negotiation skills; positive attitude. Age under 30.
- Preferred: prior inside sales or telesales experience, customer service exposure, and effective time management.
- Employment: Full-time, in-person. Compensation: Rs45,00–55,00/month plus attractive incentives, performance bonuses, training, and career development in a supportive environment.
