Job Description
Pure Aqua Trading W.L.L. is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Support Executive based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. This full-time, in-person position will handle Bahrain customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries, manage ERP tasks (invoices, quotations, receipts, job cards), oversee AMCs, schedule and coordinate field technicians, follow up leads, resolve complaints, and track job activity.
- Requirements: prior customer support or online sales experience, strong English communication, familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, excellent multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compensation: up to Rs40,00 per month.
