Job Description
Lead the Power Generation & Utilities team across EMEA, defining strategy and overseeing operations and performance of generation assets and utility systems. Ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while managing operating budgets and capital projects. Drive renewable integration and plant efficiency improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
- Engineering degree
- 10+ years in power generation or utilities
- Proven leadership, team-building skills, and financial acumen
- Willingness to travel
Report to the Senior Vice President and build high-performing teams to meet regional energy goals.
