Job Description
Simcoe IT is seeking male Customer Service Representatives for a full-time night-shift call center role in P Block, DHA, Rehman Gardens, Lahore. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM; additional Saturday shifts paid extra.
- Salary: PKR 35,00–45,00 plus daily incentives.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–6 months in sales or customer service preferred; international campaign experience advantageous.
- Requirements: Strong spoken and listening English, professional phone etiquette, punctuality, target-driven mindset, and ability to work nights.
- Responsibilities: Manage inbound/outbound calls with international clients, resolve queries, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily targets. On-site attendance required.
