Job Description
Call Center Paragon City seeks full-time Call Center Agents for an in-person role based in Paragon City. Competitive salary Rs40,00–Rs85,00/month plus performance incentives. Night shift required (7:00 PM–4:00 AM), Monday–Friday; candidates must be able to commute to Paragon City.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers; promote products and services.
- Achieve sales targets and provide post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the team to improve performance.
