Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Taxi Dispatcher to coordinate ride requests, assign drivers, monitor vehicle locations, and ensure timely, efficient passenger transport. The role requires clear communication of pick-ups and schedule changes, handling customer inquiries and emergencies, and maintaining accurate logs in a fast-paced dispatch center.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong English communication; multitasking under pressure; basic computer and GPS skills; familiarity with U.S. routes and landmarks; availability for nights/weekends.
- Preferred: prior dispatch or customer service experience.
- Schedule & Location: Full-time, 5 days/week with 3 remote days; hybrid remote in Lahore. Competitive salary based on experience; benefits possible.
