Job Description
Full-time position based in Pakistan. Salary: PKR 75,00–100,00/month. Lead and scale ecommerce operations across the UK, Canada, and USA, owning store performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, CRO, AOV, and key KPIs (revenue, conversion, ROAS, retention). Coordinate international order fulfillment, customer experience, and multi–time‑zone operations while collaborating with marketing on paid ads, email, and promotional campaigns.
- Requirements: Proven international ecommerce experience (Shopify/WooCommerce/Amazon), solid knowledge of cross‑border logistics and customer expectations, familiarity with paid‑ads and analytics, and strong problem‑solving and results orientation.
- Bonus: Experience scaling international brands, returns management, payment gateways, and Shopify automation.
