Job Description
AS Group of Companies seeks a motivated Sales Executive for outbound calling. The successful candidate will make outbound calls to company-provided leads, clearly present products and services, convert leads into sales, maintain accurate call and sales records, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. A one-week professional training program and ongoing support will be provided.
- Compensation: fixed monthly salary starting from Rs52,00, attractive commissions, performance bonuses, and advancement opportunities.
- Requirements: strong communication skills, target-driven mindset, basic sales knowledge or willingness to learn; prior sales or call center experience is a plus.
