Job Description
Emploiscareer is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to lead dispatch operations at our Model Town, Lahore office. The role requires sourcing and booking profitable freight via load boards (DAT, Truckstop), negotiating competitive rates with brokers, coordinating drivers, managing disruptions, and supervising a team of dispatchers. You will monitor performance metrics, plan efficient routes, and maintain clear client communication.
- Requirements: 2+ years in dispatch/logistics, proven leadership, strong analytical skills
- Excellent English (written and spoken); proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office
- Availability for night shifts; full-time, in-person role; salary up to Rs80,00/month
