Job Description
Mason1 seeks a full-time, onsite Lead Generation Executive (female) to drive residential and commercial solar sales in Bahria Town Phase 4, Civic Center, Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, clearly presenting our solar solutions, booking consultations, maintaining follow-ups and call records, and handling basic customer queries.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and excellent communication skills
- Required: Basic computer literacy; prior lead generation or customer service experience is a plus
- Compensation: Rs40,00–45,00/month, competitive salary, target-based incentives, annual bonuses, and travel allowance for female staff after probation
- Ability to reliably commute to Rawalpindi or relocate (employer-assisted) preferred
