Job Description
Hurak, a UK EdTech leader, is seeking an on-site Customer Support Representative based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This is a full-time role (1:30 PM–10:30 PM).
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve cases promptly and professionally.
- Handle class, exam, and certification bookings; follow established processes.
- Address objections calmly and maintain high service standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; excellent spoken and written English is mandatory. 1+ year of related experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. Salary: Rs70,00–Rs100,00 per month.
