Job Description
eServMD Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Patient Services Representative to manage patient and physician scheduling, coordinate front-desk appointments, and handle cancellations and rescheduling while following client protocols and scheduling software.
- Experience in US healthcare as a Patient Scheduler
- Knowledge of medical billing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
Full-time, in-person position based at Park Road, Islamabad. Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
