Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Center Facilities Technician to ensure the reliable operation of physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, racks/cabling, and access control. The technician will monitor systems, respond to incidents, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate vendors, and manage installations and decommissions.
- Required: 3+ years in data center or facilities operations
- Technical knowledge: UPS, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH, raised-floor management, structured cabling, and basic HVAC
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, safety compliance, and ticketing system experience
- Availability for rotating shifts and on-call support
- Preferred: CompTIA Server+, Uptime, or BICSI certifications
