Job Description
Lead daily operations of construction sites, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control to ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and cost targets.
- Oversee crews, enforce OSHA safety standards and building codes, monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report to project managers and stakeholders.
- Track materials and equipment, optimize resource allocation, and prepare regular reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of site management experience, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and OSHA regulations; valid driver’s license and ability to read plans.
