Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Warranty Service Advisor for our authorized Omoda & Jaecoo dealership in Islamabad. The advisor will greet customers, manage accident repair job cards and estimates, coordinate with workshops and insurers, and keep clients updated on repair status and delivery timelines. The role prioritizes timely warranty and guarantee repairs and outstanding customer service.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role with knowledge of body repairs and insurance claims.
- Skills: Strong communication, familiarity with DMS and Microsoft Office.
- Education: Intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
