Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our DHA Phase 2 Ext, Karachi office. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries; provide product, pricing, and availability information; and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Requirements: fluent spoken English; minimum 2 years international customer support experience; strong multitasking skills and polished phone etiquette.
- Schedule: evening/night shifts; full-time, in-person; five days per week.
- Compensation & benefits: PKR 55,00–75,00/month; insurance, EOBI, transport allowance, and performance-based raises.
