Job Description
eServMD Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Billing Specialist to join our Islamabad team supporting US clients. The role involves reviewing and processing medical claims; verifying patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and benefits; posting payments; managing denials and appeals; conducting collections and reporting; and maintaining accurate billing records. The specialist will develop KPIs and dashboards and communicate professionally with patients and providers.
- Minimum 2 years of US medical billing experience
- Proficiency with billing software and coding systems (CPT, ICD)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workloads
- Excellent written and spoken English; must work on-site during US business hours
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
