Job Description
We seek a formal, results-driven Email Marketing Expert to design, implement, and optimize email programs that increase engagement and conversions. The role includes audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation workflow development, deliverability management, and performance reporting.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in email marketing
- Strong copywriting and HTML/CSS skills
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Analytics expertise (open rates, CTR, conversion tracking) and A/B methodology
- Knowledge of data privacy and CAN-SPAM compliance
- Strategic, analytical, and collaborative; able to translate metrics into improvements and coordinate with design and product teams
