Job Description
This full-time position serves as the primary Sales Operations contact for an assigned territory. The role is responsible for meeting targets by developing and implementing field sales plans, managing distributors and customers, and ensuring effective outlet execution of channel and category plans at point of purchase. The incumbent will provide timely, accurate information and adhere to company policies.
- Daily tasks: monitor KPIs, support distributor operations, and drive in-store activations.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business; 1–2 years of sales experience with proven KPI delivery.
- Familiarity with Channel & Category Sales Development, CRM, and distribution handling is required.
