Job Description
AcclivousByte seeks a motivated, results-driven Call Center Sales Representative to close qualified leads in a full-time, in-person role. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on marketing leads, present product offerings, address objections, negotiate terms, and accurately record activities in the CRM.
- Requirements: proven sales or telemarketing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented, ability to meet targets, fluent in English, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
- Preferred: experience closing high-ticket or B2B deals.
- Compensation: competitive salary starting at Rs80,00/month plus attractive commission, performance incentives, and clear growth opportunities within the company.
