Job Description
We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Soan Garden, Islamabad. Full-time, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (US shift). Salary: Rs40,00–50,00/month.
- Responsibilities: high-volume cold calling, email follow-up, lead qualification, appointment booking, LinkedIn outreach support, and CRM maintenance.
- Performance: KPI-driven (calls, conversations, appointments).
- Requirements: strong English communication, BPO experience, exposure to US/Canadian campaigns, confidence in cold calling and objection handling, familiarity with dialers and CRMs; minimum 6 months’ experience (1 year preferred).
