Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and customer-focused Pharmacy Supervisor to manage our retail pharmacy in Gulberg Green, Islamabad. The supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate dispensing and patient counseling, maintain billing and documentation compliance, manage inventory (ordering, receiving, expiry and slow-moving stock control), uphold store standards, and train junior staff. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree preferred, a minimum of eight years’ retail pharmacy experience, strong medication knowledge, and proficiency with billing software and MS Office. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work rotating shifts are required. Immediate joiners preferred. Full-time position; salary Rs35,00–Rs50,00/month.
