Job Description
Apt Resources seeks an experienced Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining operations in Angola. The successful candidate will accurately evaluate, grade, and value rough diamonds in compliance with international gemological standards.
- Responsibilities: Use gemological instruments to evaluate and grade diamonds; estimate market value using current pricing data; maintain precise documentation and parcel reports; coordinate with teams for secure handling and transport.
- Requirements: Degree in Gemology or a related field; minimum 8 years’ experience in diamond evaluation; fluent in Portuguese and/or English.
- Benefits: Monthly salary USD 5,00–7,00 plus commission; accommodation and meals provided; 30 days annual leave with travel support.
