Job Description
Amanah Mall is seeking a professional, full-time on-site Customer Service / Receptionist to welcome guests and oversee front-desk operations. The successful candidate will be presentable, possess 1–2 years of customer service experience, and be capable of preparing clear operational reports. Required competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a dedicated service-oriented attitude.
