Job Description
HR Force International seeks a detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Associate to support BPro Hubs. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing month- and year-end closings, performing bank and vendor reconciliations, recording journal entries, managing accounts receivable and payable, supporting audits, and identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; 0–6 months of related experience; proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (QuickBooks, Odoo); strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a willingness to learn.
