Job Description
BHY Hospital is seeking a qualified Electrician to perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within a clinical setting. Responsibilities include maintaining wiring, lighting, power distribution, panels, UPS and generator systems; supporting reliable electrical supply for medical equipment; ensuring emergency power readiness; assisting with new installations, upgrades and documentation; and performing 1‑phase and 3‑phase installation and maintenance of motors, generators and electrical panels. Proficiency with hospital software and strict adherence to electrical codes and hospital safety standards are required.
- DAE Electrical or equivalent with 2–3 years’ experience
- Wireman license preferred
- Familiarity with electrical systems and safety regulations
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Full-time, on-site
